These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yarnaroo.com and any related services (the "Services"), operated by Yarnaroo. By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, and will notify you if this happens. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

Pricing and Product Information

We work hard to keep prices, descriptions, and images accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Acceptable Use

All content on the Services — including the Yarnaroo name, logo, product photography, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Yarnaroo and may not be used without our written permission.

User Content

If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to us, you grant Yarnaroo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with promoting our products, and you confirm you have the right to grant this license.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yarnaroo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through them. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
